Nude in front of your wife? Jail time!
Saturday, January 19th, 2008A funny thing happened in the Virginia legislature. They attempted to draft a bill to ban flashing people from windows in your own home (HB491). It turns out they had to reject the bill this session. Why? Because it’s already illegal to be naked in front of anyone, even your own wife! Locker rooms are also banned.
ยง 18.2-387 “Every person who intentionally … [exposes] his person, or the private parts thereof, … in any place where others are present, … shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.”
